This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries.
• Professionally answer calls, understand the needs of prospective clients, provide initial details about company services, and address inquiries promptly.
• Engage with prospective clients to establish rapport, answer preliminary questions, qualify opportunities, and nurture leads.
• Schedule consultations, assessments, meetings, or other subsequent steps for qualified prospects.
• Manage calendars, confirm appointments, and document appointment details accurately.
• Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not scheduled or progressed.
• Maintain regular communication to keep prospects engaged and facilitate their progression through the sales process.
• Conduct research on potential organizations and decision-makers, compile prospect lists, and execute outbound calls and email campaigns.
• Investigate nursing facilities, healthcare organizations, referral sources, and other pertinent businesses.
• Construct and uphold accurate prospect lists for outbound calls and email initiatives.
• Assist with lead-generation efforts, outreach campaigns, referral opportunities, local advertising initiatives, and other approved business development activities.
• Contribute ideas and engage in brainstorming sessions to identify innovative methods for client acquisition.
• Support the business owner and sales team in warm sales activities, lead coordination, client information collection, follow-ups, and meeting preparations.
• Record and maintain lead and client information within the CRM system.
• Document calls and interactions, track follow-ups and appointments, and ensure prospect information remains up-to-date.
• Handle incoming and ongoing communications via phone, email, and other approved channels.
• Coordinate information between prospective clients, families, referral sources, and internal team members.
• Provide administrative support related to client intake, scheduling, reporting, spreadsheets, prospect lists, and documentation.
• Stay responsive to incoming leads and inquiries during the agreed working schedule to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, business development, appointment setting, client intake, administrative support, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Experience in the healthcare, home care, senior care, or a related industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to confidently converse with prospective clients, comprehend their needs, establish rapport, and serve as a professional first point of contact.
• Comfortable managing inbound calls and inquiries, asking pertinent questions, qualifying opportunities, providing initial information, and determining subsequent steps.
• Familiarity with basic sales dialogues, prospect follow-ups, addressing common questions or objections, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into qualified opportunities or scheduled meetings.
• Ability to research potential clients and organizations, identify decision-makers, create prospect lists, and conduct outbound calls and email campaigns.
• Strong research capabilities to pinpoint referral sources, healthcare organizations, nursing facilities, and other relevant prospects.
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized contact lists.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, calendars, spreadsheets, email, LinkedIn, and other business software.
• Proactive and resourceful with the ability to propose ideas for lead generation, client acquisition, outreach, and business development.
• Self-motivated, reliable, responsive, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive demeanor when communicating with clients and prospects.
