Healthcare Administration Intern – Summer 2027

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Gain insights into processes and functions within the Managed Care sector

• Enhance professional growth by participating in business-supporting initiatives

• Contribute to projects spanning Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Population Health, Health Policy, Quality Improvement, Care Management, Healthcare Operations, Strategy, and Business Performance

• Utilize academic knowledge along with analytical and problem-solving abilities to support initiatives aligned with Centene’s mission

• Report on project status and outcomes to staff mentors and management

• Participate in training and development sessions

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

• Adhere to all policies and standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed

• Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college throughout the internship duration

• The graduate program must be in a field relevant to the hiring department

• Apply academic knowledge while acquiring new skills through project involvement

• Communicate project status and outcomes to staff mentors and management

• Adhere to all policies and standards
