This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Implement the annual business strategies for the product segment within the US market.
• Coordinate efforts to enhance effectiveness while aligning with marketing, sales, and PCS.
• Establish and nurture business relationships with industry leaders and key clientele.
• Maintain consistent and transparent communication with sales, marketing, and PCS teams.
• Meet performance targets and strategic goals.
• Complete comprehensive training programs to achieve technical expertise in Ottobock orthotics technology.
• Advocate for Ottobock products to practitioners and business owners through client visits, sales materials, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing to bolster marketing and branding initiatives.
• Facilitate training and in-service presentations for practitioners and referral sources in clinical environments.
• Educate healthcare professionals and deliver presentations in collaboration with PCS.
• Analyze customer data, market trends, competitor information, and sales opportunities.
• Participate in local and regional industry conferences and trade shows.
• Utilize email and voicemail daily, ensuring a 24-hour response time.
• Complete designated tasks within set deadlines, including monthly reports, expense accounts, and other reports as requested by management.
• Identify opportunities to assist customers and guide them to qualified Ottobock personnel for equipment troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in health sciences, business management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of commission-based sales experience, conducting sales calls with medical professionals in clinical and institutional environments.
• Proven experience in organizing and leading customer training sessions and workshop seminars.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to work independently.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Proficient in PC applications (Salesforce, MS Office, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Must reside in one of the territory states: North or South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, or Florida.
