This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.
• Implement the annual business strategies for the product segment throughout the United States.
• Coordinate efforts to enhance effectiveness and ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and PCS.
• Establish and nurture business relationships with industry leaders and key clients.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with sales, marketing, and PCS teams.
• Meet performance targets and achieve strategic objectives.
• Complete comprehensive training programs to gain technical expertise in Ottobock orthotics technology.
• Advocate for Ottobock products to practitioners and business owners through customer visits, sales materials, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to reinforce marketing and brand initiatives.
• Conduct training and in-service presentations for practitioners and referral sources in clinical environments.
• Work alongside PCS to educate healthcare professionals and deliver presentations.
• Analyze customer data to identify and track trends, competitor insights, and sales prospects.
• Participate in local and regional industry conferences and trade exhibitions.
• Utilize email and voicemail daily, ensuring a 24-hour response time.
• Complete tasks by designated deadlines, including monthly reports, expense accounts, and other reports as requested by management.
• Identify customer support opportunities and connect them with qualified Ottobock personnel for equipment troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in health sciences, business management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of commission-based sales experience, engaging with medical professionals in both clinical and institutional environments.
• Proven experience in organizing and facilitating customer training sessions and workshop seminars.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to work independently.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Proficient in PC applications (Salesforce, MS Office, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 70% overnight.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must reside in one of the designated territory states: NC, SC, GA, AL, FL, VA, MD, DC.
• Preferably located in Atlanta within the territory.
