This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and oversee top-notch interactions with Healthcare Professionals by maintaining up-to-date scientific knowledge of the product, its indications, and brand sales messaging while effectively executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate the brand's value proposition clearly to Healthcare Professionals in order to achieve objectives through the dissemination of key messages.
• Conduct professional account planning and territory management, ensuring targeting and segmentation align with regional and national guidelines.
• Create and execute a local account plan informed by key data sources and local market insights, in accordance with the Germany Brand Plan.
• Collaborate with medical colleagues to roll out regional programs and activities that cater to the needs of Healthcare Professionals.
• Utilize digital and various communication channels in conjunction with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence.
• Proactively and transparently report results and updates to the Germany leadership team.
• Serve as the representative for Regeneron's Oncology division within the Köln (Cologne) - Bonn - Eifel territory.
• Foster relationships with Healthcare Professionals and identify key opinion leaders in the field.
• Customize engagement strategies to meet the unique needs of individuals and accounts, ensuring the Oncology portfolio reaches patients effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Qualification as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Pharmaberater:in / Pharmareferent:in).
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous experience in Oncology is preferred.
• Fluency in German is essential.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
• In-depth knowledge of the local healthcare economy.
• Ability to recognize key figures in the Oncology sector.
• "Patient first" value system is crucial.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Valid Class 3/B driver's license is required.
