
Sales Specialist – MNS Low-Voltage Switchgear

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assume responsibility in our German sales division for MNS low-voltage systems, serving as the main point of contact for selected key accounts.
• Identify and cultivate large-scale projects, including but not limited to data centers, the semiconductor industry, HVDC grid connections, the chemical industry, oil and gas sectors, and hydrogen production.
• Work remotely, ideally based in the greater Berlin area.
• Foster and enhance existing customer relationships.
• Keep track of competitor activities.
• Formulate account plans and strategize campaigns aimed at boosting order intake.
• Showcase our MNS low-voltage switchgear systems portfolio to clients, assist them at trade shows and events, and devise and execute focused sales campaigns.
• Independently oversee commercial and technical contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant departments and suppliers.
• Take charge of project development and management through to award, particularly after tender submissions.
• Comprehend award and decision-making processes to influence technology and specifications.
• Advise clients on the selection and application of the most suitable technology in partnership with relevant departments and suppliers.
• Hold a completed technical degree or industrial engineering qualification, preferably in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• Possess several years of experience in selling low-voltage switchgear systems.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of commercial contract matters.
• Exhibit strong enthusiasm for technical topics and details, combined with a robust customer and results-oriented mindset.
• Utilize digital media professionally (video conferencing, virtual meetings, chats, AI, etc.) for customer interactions and communication.
• Be proficient in standard MS Office applications and Salesforce CRM.
• Native German speaker.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel within Germany as well as to customers and key suppliers in Poland, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic.
