This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Meet revenue objectives and enhance market presence within the designated territory by overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.

• Utilize Siemens’ customer relationship management software to monitor and report on sales activities.

• Establish and nurture relationships with laboratory staff, healthcare professionals, and industry thought leaders.

• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Marketing, Scientific Support, Technical Applications, and Customer Service teams.

• Identify new prospects and effectively position Siemens solutions to secure accounts and increase market share.

• Oversee the existing Siemens systems and boost revenue through the introduction of newly launched assays.

• Organize sales initiatives, including technical presentations, financial proposals, customer references, site visits, competitive analysis, equipment demonstrations, contract negotiations, and implementation support.

• Transform newly acquired customers into reference accounts.

• Create and execute strategies to surpass revenue and growth targets, enhance customer profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Foster long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in accounts.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Siemens clinical products and services, market dynamics, and competitive environments.

• Implement demand generation campaigns to support the growth of key market segments.

• Provide market and customer insights by analyzing both internal and external data sources, and communicate trends to management.

• Travel throughout the assigned territory to engage with customers, participate in sales events, and attend training sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or medical health sciences (such as medical technology, biology, clinical chemistry, etc.).

• At least 5 years of capital sales experience, ideally in clinical diagnostics.

• Possess technical knowledge with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks and personnel in the department.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Understanding of relevant disease states, laboratory procedures, and competitive testing methodologies is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel within the designated area.

• Willing to travel 75% of the time.

• Must comply with US export control laws when working with controlled technology.
