This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead a nationwide team to implement market access strategies and foster relationships with essential healthcare stakeholders in the clinical diagnostics sector.
• Meet revenue goals and enhance market share within the designated area.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure utilizing Siemens’ customer relationship management system.
• Establish and sustain relationships with laboratory personnel, healthcare providers, and key opinion leaders in the industry.
• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Marketing, Scientific Support, Technical Applications, and Customer Service.
• Identify new opportunities and effectively position Siemens solutions to secure accounts and boost market share.
• Manage the current base of Siemens systems and increase revenue through the introduction of newly launched assays.
• Organize technical presentations, financial proposals, customer references, site visits, competitive positioning, equipment demonstrations, contracting, negotiating, and implementation support.
• Transition newly installed customers into reference accounts.
• Formulate and execute strategies to surpass revenue and growth expectations, optimize customer profitability, and guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers in accounts.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Siemens clinical products, services, market trends, and competitive environments.
• Implement demand generation campaigns for significant market segments.
• Deliver market and customer insights through both internal and external data analysis and relay trends to management.
• Travel within the designated territory to engage with customers, attend sales events, and participate in training sessions.
• Manage analytical tools for funnel development, CRM, and market insights.
• A minimum of a BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or medical health sciences (such as medical technology, biology, clinical chemistry, etc.).
• Over 5 years of capital sales experience, preferably in clinical diagnostics.
• Possess technical knowledge with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks among departmental personnel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of relevant disease states, laboratory, and competitive testing methodologies is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
