This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with essential accounts and opinion leaders within the liver/hepatology medical oncology community.

• Oversee designated geographic territories and drive sales for FUJIFILM HCC Risk Biomarkers.

• Exhibit expertise in disease states and convey customer value propositions effectively.

• Acquire and share clinical knowledge regarding tumor types while educating healthcare professionals on liver cancer screening and surveillance.

• Foster office relationships, gather customer feedback, and customize messaging to align with customer needs and priorities.

• Strive to meet sales objectives, pinpoint growth opportunities, eliminate customer obstacles, and modify sales strategies accordingly.

• Analyze sales data and trends to guide strategic direction.

• Prepare for account discussions utilizing resources, market data, and sales expertise.

• Establish cross-functional networks and implement best practices.

• Create and sustain key customer databases and account intelligence.

• Employ key account management best practices and proficient selling techniques.

• Coordinate with office and laboratory personnel concerning reimbursement support and test coding.

• Formulate strategic account business plans and allocate resources effectively.

• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to enhance the IVD portfolio.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of product and business information.

• Communicate sales, quality, and compliance matters within the FUJIFILM IVD organization.

• Utilize Salesforce.com reporting systems for tracking sales opportunities, expenses, and reporting.

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs as necessary.

• Address customer inquiries and establish pathways for resolution.

• Assist with i30 capital-equipment placements as assigned.

• Carry out other designated responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; a background in biological science or a related field is preferred.

• At least 4 years of experience in diagnostic, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales, or oncology medical experience (relevant clinical experience) or marketing equivalent is preferred.

• Strong clinical knowledge in various tumor types is preferred.

• Ability to sell in an adult oncology setting is preferred.

• Experience in launching new products and/or indications is preferred.

• Proven experience in selling a product in conjunction with both capital and companion diagnostics.

• Background in diagnostics and/or experience in selling diagnostic or genomic testing is preferred.

• Sales experience and relationships within academic institutions or large oncology accounts are a plus.

• Familiarity with immunohistochemistry or next-generation sequencing is preferred.

• A scientific background and understanding of clinical trials is preferred.

• Exceptional negotiation skills are required.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Capability to grasp critical elements of an effective business plan and take accountability for performance.

• Ability to sit for 75–100% of work time, use hands/fingers up to 100%, stand/talk/hear for 75%, and lift/carry up to 15 pounds for up to 20% of work time.

• Close vision capability at 20 inches or less.

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

• Must adhere to U.S. FDA, ISO 13485, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements for hospital and facility access.
