This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Victaulic’s entire product range and how these solutions assist customers in completing projects efficiently and within budget.
• Attain expertise in grooved mechanical pipe joining techniques, as well as alternative methods like welding and flanging.
• Familiarize yourself with construction timelines while recognizing key construction, expansion, and retrofit projects.
• Remain informed about market dynamics and competitor movements.
• Engage with local trade organizations and professional associations within your designated territory.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate business strategies, opportunity maps, sales objectives, product promotion strategies, and overall sales tactics.
• Oversee project engagement from initial concept through design, specifications, drawings, bidding, on-site training, final commissioning, and post-sale follow-up.
• Collect quotation data and guide inside sales, engineering, and support teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Build strong relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and property/project owners.
• Dedicate quality time to customers, including evenings and weekends for dinners, sporting events, and social gatherings.
• Collaborate with distributors to maintain a balanced distribution network.
• Coordinate efforts with other representatives and regional market specialists.
• Assess customer needs and inform them about the value of Victaulic products.
• Conduct demonstrations of tools on job sites and provide installation training.
• Present lunch-and-learn sessions for engineers.
• Persuade decision-makers by showcasing the value of the products.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous sales experience with “value-added” products/services is preferred, particularly in commercial construction, PVF (pipes, valves, fittings), or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays as required by the territory.
• Capability to work in challenging weather conditions.
• Ability to manage equipment weighing over 50 pounds.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• A competitive spirit coupled with the adaptability and resilience to grow the business annually.
• Self-motivated and driven; capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor with confidence, an engaging personality, and excellent communication skills.

• Must currently be authorized to work in the relevant country on a full-time basis without requiring employer-sponsored immigration support now or in the future.
