This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets in your designated territory.
• Actively seek out new customers and pinpoint growth opportunities within existing accounts, showcasing a robust demand-generation and market-entry profile.
• Manage key accounts, fostering enduring relationships with researchers, lab managers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and decision-makers.
• Conduct technical and commercial visits to universities, research institutions, hospitals, diagnostic labs, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech firms.
• Present technical information, conduct product demonstrations, lead workshops, and organize scientific seminars.
• Collaborate with application specialists to assist customers in identifying optimal solutions for their workflows.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Technical Support, Applications, and Services teams to enhance customer experience and drive commercial outcomes.
• Stay informed about technological trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Life Sciences market.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that forecasts and customer data are accurately maintained in the corporate CRM.
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field in Life Sciences.
• Master's degree or specialization in areas associated with Life Sciences.
• MBA or a postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales within the Life Sciences, Scientific Research, or Diagnostics sectors.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience in managing strategic accounts and high-value consultative sales.
• Proven track record in prospecting for new clients and market development, reflecting a Hunter mentality and focus on revenue growth.
• Desirable knowledge in Molecular Biology (nucleic acid extraction, PCR and qPCR, NGS – Next Generation Sequencing), Cell Culture, Flow Cytometry, Laboratory Automation, and Scientific Instrumentation.
• Strong comprehension of scientific and laboratory research workflows.
• Ability to convert complex scientific ideas into customer value propositions and solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Competence in territory planning and strategic account management.
• Experience in managing pipeline, forecasts, and commercial KPIs.
• Proficiency in preparing and negotiating commercial proposals.
• Willingness to travel
