This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline through prospecting, following up on inbound leads, referrals, account research, networking, and targeted campaigns.
• Oversee opportunities through stages including discovery, qualification, opportunity planning, proposal assistance, and negotiation.
• Contribute to targets related to bookings, renewals, and expansions.
• Conduct consultative customer discovery to comprehend priorities, workforce challenges, skills gaps, and transformation initiatives.
• Present Pearson's enterprise learning, skilling, assessment, credentialing, certification, and AI-enabled workforce solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with HR, Learning & Development, Talent, IT, Procurement, and business leadership stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Solutioning, Customer Success, RevOps, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams.
• Ensure precise opportunity tracking, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation.
• Carry out outbound prospecting and oversee both inbound and outbound sales activities within assigned accounts.
• Assist in proposal development, pricing negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Recognize renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Engage in account planning, deal reviews, and strategic sales initiatives.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and best practices with internal stakeholders.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Pearson's enterprise products and services.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, account development, customer engagement, or solution selling.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, and priorities concurrently.
• Experience in engaging with business stakeholders and commercial decision-makers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems for managing customer relationships, pipeline activities, and forecasting.
• Interest in workforce transformation, digital skilling, talent development, learning solutions, and AI-enabled technologies.
• A bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and professional experience is preferred.
