Sales Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess their needs and suggest personalized window treatments.

• Develop design solutions that align with each client's aesthetic preferences and financial constraints.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey and finalize sales on-site.

• Oversee personal schedule, manage appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Generate additional business through referrals and engage in local networking activities.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience from the initial consultation to the final installation.

• Driven by results and motivated by the potential for unlimited earnings.

• Self-assured, receptive to coaching, and comfortable working autonomously in various locations.

• Well-organized and capable of managing several appointments throughout the week.

• Willingness to work at least one weekend day.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Open to local travel.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or any fast-paced client-facing roles is beneficial.

• No previous design experience is necessary.
