Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential clients via automated outbound and follow-up calls.

• Perform case pre-qualification in accordance with the firm's established eligibility criteria.

• Clarify the legal process, the firm's offerings, and the terms of the retainer agreement.

• Respond to client inquiries and objections using approved rebuttals to enhance lead conversion.

• Assist qualified clients in navigating the retainer agreement signing process.

• Dispatch the secure intake link following the retainer signing and outline subsequent steps.

• Transfer clients to an Intake Specialist if they require assistance with the intake form.

• Accurately record call outcomes and client details in the CRM system.

• Uphold professionalism, empathy, and compliance during client interactions.

• Conduct legal intake pre-qualification while refraining from providing legal advice.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a high-volume setting.

• C1 English proficiency is mandatory.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

• A minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM) is required.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Capacity to build trust and navigate objections effectively.

• Skill in clearly and simply explaining complex information.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms are essential.

• Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented workplace.

• Successful validation of C1 English proficiency is required.

• Completion of a typing assessment with a minimum score of 45 WPM is necessary.
