This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate strategies for territories and accounts to enhance relationships with targeted law firms and attorneys across various sizes and practice areas.
• Market and sell the complete range of IMS service offerings.
• Conduct daily field visits to engage in face-to-face meetings with current and prospective law firm clients.
• Establish connections through scheduled in-services, lunch-and-learns, and events initiated or sponsored by IMS.
• Customize presentations and discussions according to the specific needs of law firms and litigation practices.
• Raise awareness and preference for IMS through phone calls, emails, social media, and coordinated marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and support new matters while ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Represent IMS at industry conferences, bar association events, and firm programs.
• Complete training across various IMS departments and service offerings to effectively cross-sell and position the entire IMS portfolio.
• Develop and execute tactical plans to meet sales quotas and territory objectives.
• Carry out necessary outreach and meeting activities.
• Investigate firms and litigators to pinpoint opportunities and customize outreach efforts.
• Meet productivity expectations and targets for case initiation.
• Advocate for clients while working in tandem with internal teams to fulfill case and project requirements.
• Exceptional prospecting and business development skills, capable of engaging both large institutional firms and small boutique practices.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with attorneys and litigation staff on a one-to-one basis.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass monthly sales quotas.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Capacity to balance fieldwork with administrative duties.
• Professional demeanor and a strong commitment to client service.
• Willingness to work from the field on a daily basis.
• Undergraduate degree is preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience in a professional services firm (legal sales experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in selling litigation services, such as court reporting, trial support, or expert services, is advantageous.
• Proven track record in generating revenue and managing accounts successfully.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
