This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate strategies for territory and account development to enhance relationships with targeted law firms and attorneys.
• Market and sell the complete range of IMS services.
• Perform daily field visits to engage with existing and prospective law firm clients.
• Foster relationships through in-services, lunch-and-learns, and sponsored events.
• Customize presentations and discussions to address the specific needs of law firms and litigation practices.
• Raise awareness of IMS through phone calls, emails, social media, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and support new cases.
• Represent IMS at industry conferences, bar association gatherings, and firm events.
• Complete training across various IMS departments and service offerings to effectively cross-sell the IMS portfolio.
• Create and execute plans to meet sales quotas and territory objectives.
• Carry out outreach and meeting activities.
• Investigate firms and litigators to discover opportunities and customize outreach efforts.
• Fulfill productivity expectations and case initiation targets.
• Advocate for clients while partnering with internal teams on case and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to generate new revenue, expand existing accounts, and enhance market penetration.
• Exceptional prospecting and business development abilities with the capability to engage both large institutional firms and small boutique practices.
• Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills with attorneys and litigation staff.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing monthly sales quotas.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to balance fieldwork with administrative tasks.
• Professional demeanor and a strong client-service orientation.
• Willingness to work from the field on a daily basis.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in a professional services firm; legal sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in selling litigation services, such as court reporting, trial support, or expert services, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in revenue generation and account management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• An undergraduate degree is preferred.
