This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Formulate strategies for territories and accounts targeting law firms and attorneys across various firm sizes and practice areas.
• Promote and market the comprehensive suite of IMS services.
• Conduct daily field visits to engage with current and prospective law firm clients.
• Cultivate relationships through in-services, lunch-and-learns, and IMS events.
• Customize presentations and discussions to align with the specific needs of law firms and litigation practices.
• Enhance IMS visibility through phone communication, email outreach, social media engagement, and coordinated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and support new matters, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Represent IMS at industry conferences, bar association events, and firm programs.
• Complete training across IMS departments and service offerings to effectively cross-sell the entire IMS portfolio.
• Develop and execute plans to meet sales quotas and achieve territory goals.
• Accurately and consistently execute outreach and meeting activities.
• Research firms and litigators to identify opportunities and customize outreach efforts.
• Meet productivity expectations and case initiation targets.
• Advocate for clients while collaborating with internal teams on case and project requirements.
• Proven track record in expanding territories, developing relationships, and representing high-value professional services.
• Exceptional prospecting and business development abilities, engaging both large institutional firms and small boutique practices.
• Strong skills in one-to-one relationship building with attorneys and litigation staff.
• Demonstrated capability to meet or surpass monthly sales quotas.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively balance fieldwork with administrative duties.
• Professional demeanor and a strong orientation towards client service.
• Willingness to work in the field daily.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in a professional services firm (legal sales experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in selling litigation services, such as court reporting, trial support, or expert services, is advantageous.
• Proven success in generating revenue and managing accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• An undergraduate degree is preferred.
