This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Uphold the core values of IMS.
• Develop strategies for territories and accounts aimed at law firms and attorneys of various sizes and practice areas.
• Promote and market all service lines offered by IMS.
• Conduct daily visits to current and prospective law firm clients in the field.
• Establish relationships through in-services, lunch-and-learns, and IMS-initiated or sponsored events.
• Customize presentations and discussions to meet the litigation-service needs of firms.
• Enhance IMS visibility through phone outreach, email communications, social media, and coordinated marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and support new matters, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Represent IMS at industry conferences, bar association events, and firm programs.
• Complete training across various IMS departments and service offerings to effectively cross-sell the complete IMS portfolio.
• Implement tactical plans to achieve sales objectives and meet territory goals.
• Carry out necessary outreach and meeting activities.
• Research firms and litigators to uncover opportunities and tailor outreach accordingly.
• Meet productivity expectations and targets for case initiation.
• Advocate for clients while collaborating with internal teams on case and project requirements.
• Exceptional prospecting and business development abilities, with a talent for engaging both large institutional firms and small boutique practices.
• Strong skills in building one-on-one relationships with attorneys and litigation personnel.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to effectively balance fieldwork with administrative tasks.
• Professional demeanor and a strong client-service focus.
• Capacity to work from the field on a daily basis.
• An undergraduate degree is preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience in a professional services firm; legal sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in selling litigation services, such as court reporting, trial support, or expert services, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in generating revenue and managing accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
