Sales Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist stations and regions in their initiatives to increase revenue and provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally.

• Carry out order entry tasks for both broadcast and digital platforms.

• Manage order modifications throughout the duration of the campaign.

• Distribute preempt reports to account managers within stations and regions.

• Communicate and confirm alterations or makegoods with purchasing agencies.

• Verify coding accuracy for TP/high-profile events.

• Provide clients with pre- and post-logs upon request.

• Support traffic teams in locating instructions and campaign materials.

• Develop and oversee advertiser and agency codes.

• Conduct post-flight invoice maintenance, adjustments, and edits.

• Collaborate with agency and station/region account managers to address billing discrepancies.

• Work alongside management and staff in marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments at stations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations.

• Familiarity with broadcast traffic and sales order systems.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Sales, and WO Connect is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• High-level organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
