Sales & Service Online Shop Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for online shop customers, providing 2nd-level support via phone, email, and a ticketing system.

• Guide customers and promote the sale of agricultural and technical products through the online store.

• Address customer inquiries, including complaints, questions about deliveries, and return processes.

• Provide assistance with technical inquiries related to the online shop.

• Collaborate with product management to coordinate product assortments.

• Serve as a liaison among the photo studio, purchasing, logistics, and shop management.

• Oversee and manage the eBay account.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the retail, wholesale, or foreign trade industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with products in the agricultural or technical sectors is advantageous.

• Practical experience in eBusiness/eCommerce is a plus.

• Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills are essential.

• A team player who demonstrates flexibility, resilience, and excellent organizational abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office and Jira.

• Ideally possesses some initial experience with SAP.
