This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Reach out to hospitals within the designated territory to promote and sell surgical products and solutions.

• Offer equipment drape covers, patient drapes, OR base surgical room turnover solutions, and patient-temperature-maintenance solutions during OR procedures.

• Deliver sales presentations to various decision-makers, leading to product and program sales.

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

• Introduce and promote new products while sustaining existing business.

• Collaborate with peers to establish teams that ensure seamless cooperation across the continuum of care.

• Finalize sales transactions.

• Prepare bids and provide price quotes.

• Occasionally conduct cold calls to explore new market opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 years of quota-based sales experience showcasing a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating the same background.

• Proven experience selling within the operating room (OR).

• A successful history of measurable sales growth and quota achievement.

• Capability to present multiple product lines effectively.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a vehicle.

• Willingness to travel by car for 90% of the workday.

• Competence in engaging with healthcare providers on-site.
