📋 Description

• Engage with hospitals within the designated territory to promote surgical products and solutions.

• Market equipment drape covers, patient drapes, OR base surgical room turnover, and patient temperature maintenance solutions during surgical procedures.

• Deliver sales presentations to various decision-makers to enhance product and program sales.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders.

• Introduce and sell new products while sustaining existing business relationships.

• Foster team collaboration across the entire continuum of care.

• Prepare competitive bids and pricing quotations.

• Occasionally conduct cold calls to explore new market opportunities.

• Finalize sales transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of quota-driven sales experience, showcasing a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience, OR at least 5 years of quota-driven sales experience highlighting cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.

• Proven experience in selling within the operating room (OR) environment.

• A solid track record of measurable sales growth and meeting quotas.

• Capability to present multiple product lines effectively.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a vehicle.

• Willingness to travel by car approximately 90% of the day.

• Aptitude to engage with healthcare providers on-site.
