Sales Representative – Surgical Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Reach out to hospitals within the designated territory to promote and sell surgical products and solutions.

• Market equipment drape covers, patient drapes, OR base surgical room turnover solutions, and patient-temperature-maintenance solutions during OR procedures.

• Deliver sales presentations to various decision-makers, resulting in product and program sales.

• Develop and maintain client relationships with key decision-makers.

• Introduce and sell new products while sustaining existing business relationships.

• Foster teamwork among colleagues to ensure cooperative efforts across the continuum of care.

• Prepare bids and pricing quotes.

• Occasionally conduct cold calls to explore new market opportunities.

• Finalize sales and promote product/program adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of quota-driven sales experience, showcasing a background in cold calling and full-cycle commissioned sales, OR at least 5 years of similar sales experience.

• Proven experience selling in the Operating Room (OR).

• A history of demonstrable sales growth and meeting sales quotas.

• Capability to present multiple product lines effectively.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a vehicle.

• Willingness to travel by car for 90% of the workday.

• Ability to engage with healthcare providers on-site.
