Sales Representative, Senior Sales Specialist – Rheumatology, Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets within the designated territory by delivering high-quality products and services.

• Enhance technical and sales skills to effectively address customer requirements.

• Identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

• Analyze the territory and market potential, and monitor sales performance and status reports.

• Develop and implement the sales strategy following forecast approval.

• Execute product sales strategies to meet established sales objectives and targets.

• Maintain regular communication with customers to fulfill their needs and achieve territory sales goals.

• Establish, cultivate, and sustain positive business relationships with customers.

• Gather market intelligence and relay insights to management.

• Conduct territory operations professionally and adhere to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.

• Keep precise records of territory and customer interactions.

• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing feedback initiatives.

• Convey product positioning, competitive advantages, and promotional messaging to clients.

• Evaluate market trends, competitor data, and market potential.

• Manage key stakeholders and opinion leaders effectively.

• Develop customer information networks to foresee opportunities and monitor customer status.

• Design and implement a flexible 90-day plan for territory management.

• Oversee territory resources and utilize SFE tools for customer data collection and visit record analysis.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in specialty areas is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a relevant sector is required.

• Capability to forge strong relationships with colleagues and cross-functional partners.

• Ability to inspire and influence others without direct authority.

• Strong professional acumen, sales skills, territory management, and execution capabilities.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and risk, along with the ability to make sound decisions with limited information.

• Willingness to tackle challenging situations and elevate standards beyond the norm.

• Courage to voice concerns, address issues openly, and manage conflicts constructively.

• Strong business insight and capacity to foresee opportunities.

• Persistence and resilience when encountering challenges.

• Ability to connect disparate concepts, generate innovative ideas, and bring them to fruition.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to interact effectively.

• Adherence to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
