This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and implement strategic territory and account plans to enhance the awareness, adoption, and usage of Cologuard while meeting sales targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and other essential stakeholders.
• Recognize unmet needs and provide value-driven diagnostic solutions.
• Examine local healthcare markets, customer data, and account insights to pinpoint opportunities that improve patient outcomes and refine the system of care.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Screening Advocates, Sales Operations, and Area Managers.
• Execute customer-specific business strategies to maximize account success.
• Record customer interactions, sales activities, market intelligence, and pipeline development in CRM.
• Uphold ethical, quality, and compliance standards.
• Promote colorectal cancer screening through Cologuard and other diagnostic methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or a related field, or four years of pertinent professional experience in place of a degree.
• Two years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience, OR one year of sales experience along with one year of healthcare-related experience, OR completion of active-duty military service as a Junior Officer or higher.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record that meets company standards.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight trips.
• Capability to fulfill healthcare facility credentialing requirements, including vaccination or other site-specific prerequisites when applicable.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Preferred: two or more years of experience in medical device, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
• Preferred: experience engaging with primary care physicians or other healthcare provider clients.
• Preferred: proven track record in commissioned sales and territory management.
• Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Preferred: experience utilizing data and business intelligence tools to inform account planning and sales strategies.
• Preferred: strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative selling capabilities.
