This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Sell and manage the distribution of designated products.

• Showcase display programs to clients and suggest orders.

• Market and sell flyers to retail stores.

• Ensure all listed products are correctly positioned on shelves with appropriate price labels.

• Restock displays, including those for Mars Canada.

• Collaborate with clients to secure additional placement areas for display setups.

• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) materials or other marketing resources as necessary.

• Rotate products on shelves and in storage areas to maintain optimal quality and freshness.

• Keep relevant data (customer details, survey records, follow-ups, etc.) current in the field sales data collection software.

• Manage the territory through effective customer coverage, optimizing the use of time and resources.

• Plan and organize routes in accordance with the company’s visit-coverage model (visit frequency and call duration).

• Keep the District Sales Manager informed about competitive activities within the territory.

• Maintain a sufficient inventory of merchandising and POS materials.

• Adhere to company protocols for processing credits and checks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.

• Capability to lift heavy cases, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds.

• Ability to drive approximately 100 km daily while making sales visits.

• Proficient in performing repetitive tasks, including entering and exiting a vehicle, bending, leaning, stretching, pushing, pulling, and gripping.

• Skilled in using hand tools such as an X-Acto knife, pliers, wrenches, and screwdrivers for display assembly.

• Previous sales experience is preferred.

• Capacity to secure the level of automobile insurance coverage mandated by the company.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
