This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver sales coverage and enhance market penetration for products within the designated territory.
• Educate and support Medicare beneficiaries to facilitate their access to health insurance.
• Distribute health education resources and coordinate health screenings.
• Provide Facilitated Enrollment assistance and help with health insurance continuation and recertification.
• Identify potential enrollees and assess their eligibility for the Advantage Medicare product.
• Implement policies and procedures regarding disclosures, product provisions, enrollment, and disenrollment.
• Establish a presence in the local community to drive enrollments.
• Conduct home visits and personalized meetings as necessary to finalize enrollment.
• Promote Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events, and other specified locations.
• Clarify covered and non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions.
• Assist members with healthcare access, transportation needs, and related services.
• Adhere to current marketing activity guidelines and supply necessary materials and documentation.
• Monitor competitor products and marketing strategies and report findings to management.
• Engage in telemarketing and outreach initiatives.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, conventions, and special events.
• Complete applications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Submit reports on territory operations, product acceptance or rejection, and competitive conditions.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or community relations is required.
• Prior experience in managed care, preferably within the Medicare sector.
• A State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License must be obtained upon hire.
• A valid state driver's license is required upon hire.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
