Sales Representative, Junior Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in telephone consultations and sales calls with interested prospects—no cold calling involved.

• Create quotations tailored to customer requirements.

• Finalize contracts.

• Organize trial lessons.

• Conduct follow-up calls for feedback.

• Interact with prospects through email and WhatsApp.

• Market online tutoring products via phone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred completion of vocational training, ideally in a commercial discipline or as a sales associate.

• Experience in telephone sales or consulting via phone, preferably in the services industry.

• Exceptional communication abilities, empathy, strong verbal and written skills, along with a customer- and service-focused telephone demeanor.

• A flexible mindset, dedication, and a strong willingness to excel.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
