This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Promote joint replacement products with a focus on hip, knee, and Velys™ solutions; autonomously manage accounts throughout the region.
• Propel sales results and execute strategies for key products, including robotic solutions.
• Identify potential opportunities and proactively manage client calls and accounts.
• Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with customers.
• Recognize challenges and customer needs, developing optimal solutions in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Observe the market landscape and suggest appropriate actions.
• Regularly assist users and operating-room personnel during both robotic and non-robotic procedures, as well as conduct workshops.
• Effectively manage consignment inventory with an emphasis on inventory efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the team and utilize individual expertise to drive collective success.
• Participate in national trade fairs, congresses, and local symposia.
• Facilitate professional education events.
• A completed degree or a medical background with experience in operating rooms, specifically in orthopaedics.
• Alternatively, experience as a medical device sales representative in orthopaedics and/or trauma surgery.
• Ideally, an established network of customers within the designated territory.
• Proficiency in German and good command of English.
• Competent in MS Office applications.
• Innovative, creative, and proactive mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic business insight.
• Understanding of business and commercial principles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Empathy and a strong sense of teamwork.

• Willingness to travel 75% within the assigned territory and provide support to the team in other regions as required.
