Sales Representative, Ion Chromatography

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a sales territory dedicated to ion chromatography solutions.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing.

• Surpass growth objectives.

• Build and nurture customer relationships in the pharmaceutical, chemicals, polymers, petrochemicals, personal care, and food/beverage industries.

• Collaborate across departments to customize solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

• Present and demonstrate products to both technical and executive audiences.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the sales process and optimize revenue.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential opportunities.

• Provide support to clients across northern Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally targeting analytical laboratories.

• Practical experience or sales knowledge of ion chromatography (IC) equipment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for fostering long-term client relationships.

• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman) is advantageous.

• Industry expertise in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, polymers, cosmetics, or similar fields.

• Must successfully complete a background check, education/employment verification, and drug screening (including marijuana).

• An insurable driving record is required.

• Regular travel within the designated region is necessary.
