Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to the delivery of products in the promotional products and printing sector.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.

• Ensure precise product specifications, including exact color matching.

• Discover new business opportunities through proactive sales strategies.

• Seek and establish new client relationships through outbound and cold outreach initiatives.

• Manage the sales process from the initial contact through to order fulfillment.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to expand a portfolio of business.

• Foster robust client relationships by comprehending their needs and use cases.

• Guarantee that product specifications and color accuracy align with client expectations.

• Collaborate with a small, distributed sales team to achieve both individual and team objectives.

• Keep organized records of client interactions, orders, and deliverables.

• Background in the promotional products, printing, or a related customizable goods industry.

• Demonstrated experience in one-on-one sales with a proven track record of effective sales strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong critical thinking skills and the capability to solve problems independently.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

• Experience working with educational or institutional clients is advantageous.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
