Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain positive relationships with essential healthcare professionals while effectively conveying the portfolio's value.

• Implement the brand strategy in the designated territory through scientific and commercial engagements.

• Create and execute territory plans that align with the national strategy, utilizing data and market insights.

• Identify, segment, and prioritize key accounts and stakeholders to enhance impact and patient access.

• Collaborate with medical and cross-functional teams on regional initiatives and programs.

• Leverage both in-person and digital channels to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.

• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities, sharing valuable insights with the wider organization.

• Promote collaboration both within the company and with external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.

• Over 5 years of sales experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector.

• A demonstrated ability in managing territories, key accounts, account planning, targeting, and segmentation efforts.

• Experience in conveying scientific and commercial messages effectively to healthcare professionals.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing various customer engagement methods, including face-to-face meetings, remote calls, approved emails, and digital platforms.

• Experience in collaborative roles is highly preferred.
