This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +1 more state.
• Act as a representative of Pella Corporation’s premium brand, products, and services at Lowe’s store locations.
• Collaborate with designated Lowe’s locations to influence Pro Desk sales associates in exceeding territory sales targets.
• Proactively seek new customers while nurturing loyalty among existing client relationships.
• Provide education to Lowe’s locations and customers regarding residential and commercial construction, as well as window and door products, alongside the competitive environment.
• Cultivate and sustain business relationships with Pro Desk associates and customers through a consultative sales approach.
• Suggest products and comprehensive solutions, ensuring consistent follow-up.
• Read, interpret, and analyze blueprints to support contractor and builder businesses.
• Mentor and train others on effective selling strategies and product knowledge.
• Assist operational teams with after-sale service needs and installation support.
• Communicate with Sales Management concerning products, programs, and policies.
• Help accounts in establishing builder relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Represent Pella Corporation at local and regional events and trade shows.
• Implement selling activities and provide feedback on initiatives aimed at enhancing sales and profitability.
• Oversee a personal budget for travel and training expenses.
• Present the Pella brand and product offerings professionally as the primary link between the company and customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Proficient selling skills, including value building, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Strong networking abilities and capacity to engage new individuals.
• Robust work ethic, adaptability regarding hours, customer responsiveness, and availability.

• Willingness to meet travel requirements of 50%-75%, including overnight stays.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
