Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify potential target accounts and cultivate relationships with on- and off-premises staff, retail managers, and customer sales representatives.

• Utilize key account connections to promote distribution sales.

• Educate both trade partners and consumers through product samplings, meetings, and training sessions.

• Assist the local team with training initiatives.

• Employ Encompass, Microsoft Office Suite, and additional software to monitor activities, outcomes, contacts, tasks, and performance metrics.

• Maintain and expand the network of distribution points.

• Meet monthly sales and placement targets within the designated territory.

• Direct the efforts of distributor sales teams and foster relationships with key retail clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a supplier or distributor.

• A background in spirits is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance.

• Willingness to occasionally work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.

• Strong interpersonal skills necessary for guiding distributor sales forces and building key retail customer relationships.

• Familiarity with the local market is essential.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Capability to work remotely.

• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, bend, stoop, and reach as required.

• Capacity to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer.

• Proficient verbal communication skills to convey and exchange accurate information.

• Ability to receive detailed oral information and distinguish sounds at normal speaking levels, with or without correction.

• Comfort with varying noise levels and warehouse temperatures.
