Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify target accounts and cultivate relationships with on-premise and off-premise staff, retail managers, and customer sales representatives.

• Utilize relationships with key accounts to facilitate distribution sales.

• Educate both trade partners and consumers through direct engagement, sampling events, meetings, and training sessions.

• Assist the local team with training initiatives for staff.

• Employ Encompass, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software tools to monitor activities, results, contacts, tasks, and outputs.

• Sustain and expand the network of distribution points.

• Meet monthly sales and placement objectives within the designated territory.

• Guide distributor sales teams and cultivate essential retail customer relationships.

• Execute crucial job functions in diverse warehouse settings and occasionally during non-traditional hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience with a supplier or distributor.

• Professional experience in the beverage industry; a background in spirits is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must possess and present a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

• Willingness to occasionally work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.

• Capability to work remotely.

• Strong interpersonal skills to lead distributor sales teams and nurture key retail customer relationships.

• Familiarity with the local market.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, bend, stoop, and reach as necessary.

• Capacity to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer.

• Ability to verbally communicate and convey accurate information.

• Ability to receive detailed oral information and distinguish sounds at normal speaking levels, with or without correction.

• Ability to operate in varying noise levels and warehouse temperatures.

• Capability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
