Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Establish trusted partnerships with dental professionals and act as their primary business contact.

• Formulate and implement territory plans to meet and exceed sales objectives.

• Promote Nobel Biocare products, solutions, educational programs, and events.

• Assess customer needs and deliver customized solutions that facilitate practice growth.

• Track market trends, customer activities, and competitive movements within the territory.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Maintain precise CRM records, forecasts, and account strategies.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

• Travel approximately 80% within the territory, including occasional international travel and participation in weekend industry events, congresses, and training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in healthcare, dental, medical device, or similar fields.

• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and developing customer relationships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong planning and territory management capabilities.

• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

• Proficient in the local language; fluency in English is a plus.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, or a related area is preferred.
