Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the brand ambassador in retail locations.

• Assist partners in executing and enhancing the visibility of CYBEX concepts, which include product launches, new collections, brand corners, and promotional events.

• Market and sell CYBEX products to B2B retailers and distributors in the juvenile sector throughout Serbia.

• Manage current accounts while expanding the portfolio by exploring new potential leads.

• Sustain and enhance the presence of CYBEX Platinum, Gold, and Silver product lines across the retail network.

• Provide training to retail partners on CYBEX products and technologies.

• Identify, engage, and establish relationships with prospective clients.

• Collect market insights, such as competitive intelligence, retail events, and digital initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, luxury goods, sports, or toys.

• Familiarity with the dynamics and challenges of the premium market.

• Proficient in Serbian.

• Comfortable communicating in both spoken and written English.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and methodical.

• Capable of working independently.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
