This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the company's sales strategy within the designated territory through proficient management of the retail network and exceptional customer service.
• Meet monthly and yearly sales objectives for retail outlets, including branded image stores and partner locations.
• Cultivate new customer relationships and business opportunities while nurturing existing client connections.
• Implement retail commercial policies, promotional activities, and pricing strategies.
• Organize in-store sales initiatives to enhance the customer purchasing experience and improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail shop owners.
• Assist in the development of the retail network and enhance the quality of existing outlets.
• Gather retail feedback, pinpoint sales obstacles and business opportunities, and report findings to supervisors.
• Support brand initiatives, product displays, market research, and local launches of new products.
• Gather information on competitors and the smuggler market, including pricing and product details, using proper and legal methods.
• Complete sales reports, maintain customer visit logs, compile market information reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Ensure target volume and profitability are achieved within the distributor channel.
• Oversee local sales activities and fulfill territory volume objectives by utilizing company strategies, policies, and tools.
• Formulate and execute territory sales plans, providing ad hoc reports as necessary.
• Promote customer adoption and engagement across various channels.
• Manage the development targets for both the quantity and quality of the Continental retailer network.
• Implement retail commercial policies in the assigned territory.
• Identify business opportunities and foster new partnerships both within and outside the network.
• Execute company projects and assist in the design and implementation of cross-functional projects.
• Conduct local claim tire inspections in coordination with the TCS department.
• Take part in Continental's local new product launch events.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in tire, automotive aftermarket, or fast-moving consumer goods sales, with preference given to candidates with tire industry experience.
• College degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, commerce, or engineering.
• 3 years of experience in channel and distribution sales with a multinational company is advantageous, especially within the automotive industry.
• Employees have the flexibility to work remotely.
