Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Foster engagement and retention of current customers by providing outstanding customer experiences.

• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services to enhance their experience.

• Reach out to existing subscribers to verify their satisfaction and promote further offers.

• Utilize product expertise to assist customers in finding optimal solutions.

• Keep precise records, statuses, and orders updated within Salesforce.

• Assist team operations with various additional responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written formats.

• Proficient in using sales platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Self-assured, driven, and capable of delivering product information convincingly.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a high-volume call center and dialer-based sales role is required.

• Preferred 1–2 years of experience in sales or account management with a proven history of successful upselling.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound call center setting.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A proactive individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-growing organization.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 10:30 am to 7 pm Eastern Time.

• Must reside in an eligible remote location: Delaware or Kansas.
