This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Support and expand a portfolio of anaesthesia and specialist injectable products throughout the UK.
• Serve as a vital link among NHS customers, field sales, and internal teams.
• Drive account retention, discover new opportunities, and ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Monitor sales performance and reconnect with inactive or declining customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to plan and prioritize key accounts.
• Identify and secure new business through targeted outreach and data-driven prospecting.
• Engage stakeholders regarding procurement frameworks and assist with cost improvement initiatives.
• Articulate product value and differentiation to pharmacists and clinical stakeholders.
• Assist with equipment audits and coordinate with technical teams on supply and customer needs.
• Maintain customer communications, consent processes, account administration, CRM records, quotes, and pricing.
• Contribute to forecasting, tender processes, and contract management.
• Cultivate relationships with pharmacy stakeholders across NHS accounts.
• Manage and communicate supply challenges, backorders, and shortages.
• Support forecasting and reporting while identifying commercial opportunities arising from market supply dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams on regulatory and supply issues.
• Aid in pricing and commercial discussions with customers.
• ABPI qualified.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, virtual, and technical channels.
• Proven customer focus and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficient in objection handling and converting sales.
• Commercially driven and results-focused.
• Capable of working independently in a fully remote capacity.
• Strong digital and technical proficiency, including CRM systems and virtual engagement tools.
• Experience in anaesthesia, injectables, or hospital-based products (desirable).
• Familiarity with NHS procurement frameworks and tender processes (desirable).
• Background in engaging with pharmacy stakeholders (desirable).
• Experience with CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce (desirable).
• Strong Excel skills and forecasting capabilities (desirable).
• Understanding of the UK pharmaceutical supply chain (desirable).
• Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating strong ownership of results.
