This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Showcase Abbott’s cutting-edge FreeStyle Libre glucose product range alongside its digital ecosystem to enhance revenue generation.
• Conduct strategic analysis of assigned accounts within the territory and formulate a targeted sales strategy.
• Foster and enhance existing customer relationships through regular visits and diverse communication methods.
• Continuously assess the market and competitive environment.
• Utilize the CRM system for reporting and determine suitable sales actions.
• Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• Work cross-functionally to establish effective management of regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Market diabetes products in the Greifswald and Neuenkirchen regions.
• A completed degree in business administration, natural sciences, or a relevant qualification.
• Preferably, initial field sales experience within a medical technology, pharmaceutical, or FMCG company; alternatively, recent graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Possess an analytical mindset with the capability to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• A solid understanding of digital applications and processes.
• Results-driven, well-organized, and resilient work approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a positive, winning attitude.
• A team player exhibiting a high level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Capable of operating confidently in a fast-paced and competitive market.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
