Sales Recruitment Consultant, Bilingual Chinese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.

• Conduct interviews with candidates, including screening, phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.

• Oversee the complete interview process between candidates and clients.

• Provide clients with guidance on hiring strategies and talent acquisition requirements.

• Present and endorse qualified candidates to clients.

• Extend offers to chosen candidates and finalize placements.

• Develop and sustain client relationships through business development efforts.

• Market Cesna Group’s services to both new and existing clients.

• Negotiate business terms with clients.

• Proven experience in sales or the recruitment sector.

• Ability to think strategically and perform effectively under pressure.

• Proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
