This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the administration of the Sales Performance & Policy appeals process.
• Ensure the uniform application of Sales Incentive Plan policies, business regulations, and governance standards.
• Lead the evaluation and resolution of sales compensation appeals.
• Offer strategic advice on policy interpretation and ensure alignment of decisions with policies, business goals, and historical precedents.
• Oversee governance initiatives, compliance audits, policy management, data analysis, and training programs.
• Update and maintain sales compensation policies and related documentation.
• Conduct searches for data sources to ensure relevant data capture.
• Create and enhance sales performance dashboards.
• Develop audits, provide technical support, and implement break/fix solutions.
• Maintain and optimize data processing systems.
• Support analytical needs that require advanced data science skills.
• Communicate with Sales Management to address issues impacting sales performance and compensation.
• Review and investigate appeals, pinpoint key facts based on policies, and present findings to senior management for approval.
• Oversee daily management of sales performance data.
• Implement quarterly incentive payout processes for designated countries or business units.
• Summarize monthly and quarterly outcomes with statistics and analyses for corporate and senior sales management.
• Address queries related to ESP and ESTAT to promote effective system usage.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or a National of the U.S., a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• The employer will not sponsor visas for this position.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (or an equivalent international degree) is required, or current employment with UPS for three years.
• Strong technical skills in ESP, ESTAT, DRIVE, SQL, Excel, Visual Basic, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
• Ability to design and enhance business processes.
• Knowledge of database technologies and relational database schema design.
• Experience in developing Power BI and Oracle dashboards.
• Experience in supervising others.
• Ability to identify and assess current customer or business needs and assist in defining project requirements.
• Capability to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Ability to visually and verbally communicate concepts effectively.
