
Sales Operations Manager β Direct Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, Business Systems, SDR, and Marketing to enhance the Direct Sales process from lead and opportunity management to Closed Won.
β’ Identify seller challenges, process inefficiencies, data discrepancies, and forecasting assumptions.
β’ Evaluate and enhance lead and opportunity management, pipeline integrity, CRM cleanliness, forecast precision, close-date discipline, territory design, quota allocation, and tool adoption.
β’ Refine lead and opportunity workflows and set pipeline hygiene standards.
β’ Establish pipeline inspection and forecasting rhythms with Sales leadership and frontline managers.
β’ Provide insights on funnel conversion rates, sales velocity, win percentages, stage progression, deal quality, and rep/segment performance.
β’ Define and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to minimize manual tasks and identify risks more swiftly.
β’ Foster the use of essential sales tools and processes through stakeholder collaboration, enablement, managerial reinforcement, and performance tracking.
β’ Design and refine territory and account assignment frameworks; assist in quota modeling, capacity planning, and coverage evaluations.
β’ Analyze sales cycles, conversion rates, win percentages, velocity, sources, territories, segments, and rep-cohort performance.
β’ Convert data into actionable recommendations and executive-ready presentations.
β’ Act as the business owner for Direct Sales process requirements and collaborate with Business Systems on configuration and execution.
β’ Support UAT, rollout readiness, seller communications, and post-launch adoption monitoring.
β’ Maintain ongoing pipeline health, stage integrity, forecast evaluations, and adoption standards across Direct Sales.
β’ Demonstrated experience in creating systems, fostering alignment, and making a significant impact at scale.
β’ Proven track record of follow-through, curiosity, and achieving results.
β’ Eagerness to learn and comfort with experimentation.
β’ Enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance the human aspect of sales.
β’ Capability to work from any location within the U.S.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 15 days annually for company-wide events.
