Sales Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Generate and distribute monthly and annual sales performance reports, awards tracking, and operational metrics for sales leadership.

• Create and enhance reporting solutions utilizing tools like Power BI to deliver actionable insights for the business.

• Collaborate with sales leaders and field teams to address inquiries related to reporting, territory alignment, sales compensation, and operational needs.

• Detect and resolve data inconsistencies to enhance reporting accuracy and uphold system integrity.

• Engage in the design, testing, implementation, and monitoring of new business processes and technology solutions.

• Conduct and support user acceptance testing, data validation, and system implementations to ensure effective deployment.

• Maintain and update sales territories, customer account assignments, and sales quota information within business systems.

• Educate and assist users on reporting tools, system improvements, and new operational processes to foster adoption and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones are preferred to accommodate business requirements.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other similar business intelligence and reporting tools.

• Background in participating in system implementations, testing, or process enhancement initiatives.
