This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Oversee the onboarding process for new GTM hires, focusing on products, tools, messaging, and industry context.
β’ Convert Product and Product Marketing materials into sales-oriented language tailored for BDRs, AEs, and AMs.
β’ Participate in team meetings and create presentations for product launches and marketing campaigns.
β’ Provide regular updates on competitive intelligence using available tools, including Claude.
β’ Keep teams informed about cybersecurity trends, threats, and changes in regulations.
β’ Maintain easily accessible and up-to-date enablement content, ensuring resources are available at the point of need.
β’ Conduct certifications and knowledge assessments to reinforce training and validate adoption.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Operations on CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and other sales tools.
β’ Utilize conversation intelligence and call-recording tools to monitor the application of training and share insights.
β’ Manage the enablement segment of the weekly sales meeting, including the creation and delivery of presentation materials.
β’ Evaluate training effectiveness through call reviews, feedback from representatives and managers, and adoption of content/tools.
β’ Offer informal coaching based on call reviews and performance discussions.
β’ Work with sales leadership to identify training gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.
β’ Organize internal webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions, and other knowledge-sharing activities.
β’ Team up with sales leadership to formalize and reinforce sales methodologies and processes.
β’ Create and deliver training on discovery, consultative selling, objection handling, and solution selling.
β’ Minimum of 5 years in sales enablement, training, or a similar technical role, ideally within a cybersecurity or technology environment.
β’ Profound understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and industry trends.
β’ Capability to simplify complex technical concepts and train both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Proven history of developing effective enablement solutions during transitions.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of consultative selling, enablement strategies, and sales methodologies.
β’ Preferably experienced in training sales and technical teams on cybersecurity products.
β’ Ability to juggle competing priorities across Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Product, and Marketing.
β’ Strong skills in content creation, training facilitation, and providing feedback.
β’ Comfortable conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions.
β’ Experience with AI-assisted tools, such as Copilot-based assistants or Claude, is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Comfortable evaluating training impact using both qualitative and quantitative measures.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or sales methodologies are advantageous.
