This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serve as the main sales operations liaison for the EMEA field organization.
β’ Address daily inquiries from representatives, managers, and regional leadership.
β’ Ensure opportunity and pipeline integrity within Salesforce.
β’ Facilitate the weekly EMEA forecasting process through comprehensive reporting, identifying data gaps, and following up as necessary.
β’ Manage account and territory modifications, ownership transfers, and territory allocations.
β’ Uphold sales process and system standards while training representatives on proper usage.
β’ Develop and sustain reporting and dashboards for EMEA sales leadership.
β’ Oversee the creation and review of quotes, encompassing products, pricing, terms, and configurations.
β’ Collaborate with the Deal Desk on atypical deal structures, discounts, multi-year terms, and necessary approvals.
β’ Supervise deal approval workflows and assist in unblocking stalled transactions.
β’ Aid in the quote-to-order process in conjunction with Legal, Finance, and Order Management teams.
β’ Advise representatives on pricing policies, discount limits, and deal structuring.
β’ Assist with end-of-quarter closing activities, including extended and early hours during peak times.
β’ Detect and suggest solutions for recurring issues in the sales process.
β’ Document regional procedures and maintain operational runbooks.
β’ Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Systems, and Enablement teams on various projects, testing, and implementation of new processes and tools.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within a B2B software or technology environment.
β’ Proficient in Salesforce, including opportunity management, reporting and dashboards, and troubleshooting sales processes within the CRM.
β’ Direct experience with quoting and the quote-to-cash process, including CPQ tools and deal approval workflows.
β’ Experience directly supporting a field sales organization as the primary operational contact for sellers and sales managers.
β’ Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and ad hoc modeling.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment with competing demands and strict deadlines.
β’ High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
β’ Willingness to work an early-start schedule that significantly overlaps with EMEA business hours and to be flexible during quarter-end closing periods.
β’ Specific experience supporting the EMEA region, including understanding of multi-currency transactions, regional pricing structures, and EU contracting standards.
β’ Familiarity with SQL or business intelligence tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, or Looker).
β’ Practical proficiency with AI assistants such as Claude.
β’ Experience with tools like Xactly, Clari, LeanData, or DocuSign.
