This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and sustain sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports covering pipeline, activity, production, forecasting, and outcomes.
• Provide leadership with insights into sales performance, risks, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
• Develop account-level reports and target lists for dormant accounts, overdue opportunities, and rebooking chances.
• Facilitate sales meetings, pipeline evaluations, one-on-ones, planning sessions, and performance management routines.
• Transform sales data into actionable insights for Sales leadership.
• Manage Sales Operations processes within HubSpot, encompassing data standards, reporting, workflows, dashboards, and user adoption.
• Oversee account ownership, territories, lead routing, and account assignment details.
• Collaborate with Technology to enhance CRM configuration, integrations, testing, and data integrity.
• Establish processes that enhance visibility from lead generation through opportunity management and conversion.
• Identify possibilities to automate manual tasks and lessen administrative burdens.
• Enhance CRM adoption and data relevance for sales teams.
• Assist sales campaigns through target list creation, action monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Work alongside Sales leadership and Finance on territory, capacity, quota, and compensation strategies.
• Design and maintain sales onboarding materials, playbooks, training resources, and performance-tracking instruments.
• Lead cross-functional Sales Operations projects from conception to implementation and adoption.
• Enhance pipeline and forecasting accuracy, account and opportunity ownership, regional performance assessment, CRM precision, reporting automation, and process adherence.
• Over 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting a distributed B2B sales or account management organization.
• Practical experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another leading CRM, including dashboards, reporting, workflows, and data management.
• Proficient Excel skills and ability to handle large and imperfect datasets.
• Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory/account assignments, lead routing, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to convert data into clear business recommendations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective processes and system specifications.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from implementation to adoption.
• Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
