This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of project-level workstreams from start to finish, allowing the Enterprise Sales team to maximize their time in the field.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations leaders and Account Executives to enhance the sales-request intake process and its prioritization.
• Recognize pain points faced by Enterprise sellers and suggest actionable solutions.
• Deliver project-level insights and reporting through dashboards, analyses, and well-informed recommendations.
• Work together with Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Sales Strategy, and GTM Systems to implement enhancements.
• Establish project-level strategies and roadmaps within organization-wide workstreams.
• Communicate progress, outcomes, and next steps to Sales Operations leadership and sales stakeholders.
• Leverage AI to streamline routine tasks and expedite analysis and decision-making processes.
• Develop KPIs with management, monitor performance, and proactively identify potential risks.
• Advocate for Samsara’s cultural principles while expanding globally and across new office locations.
• 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable analytical/operations role.
• Capability to manage project-level workstreams independently with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in tracking metrics post-launch and addressing subsequent challenges.
• Strong written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Ability to present analyses and recommendations to senior leaders in real-time and address follow-up inquiries.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com and a solid understanding of the broader sales technology ecosystem.
• Experience with Lead-to-Cash systems and associated business processes.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort in working with sales data.
• Serve as the primary resource for project-level data sources and reporting.
• Capacity to reconcile differing stakeholder perspectives and foster consensus.
• Excellent critical thinking skills related to sales policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce administration is preferred (ideal candidate).
• Background in supporting Enterprise or large-segment sales teams is advantageous (ideal candidate).
• Experience with public sector sales teams is a plus.
• Tangible examples of AI-driven solutions developed or implemented are preferred (ideal candidate).
• Ability to act as a liaison between technical stakeholders and business leaders is desirable (ideal candidate).
• Familiarity with Product Management and/or Six Sigma best practices is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
