This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance a sales enablement roadmap that aligns with the company's revenue objectives, market strategy, and customer journey.
• Create onboarding processes for new sales team members to minimize time-to-productivity and establish uniform standards of skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success leadership to foster a high-performing, accountable, and coachable culture through certifications, coaching frameworks, and performance rituals.
• Convert product, competitive, and market positioning into playbooks, battlecards, and effective communication tracks.
• Provide guidance to sales leadership and the executive team, ensuring that enablement investments align with pipeline and revenue priorities while reporting on their impact.
• Define and monitor enablement KPIs, including ramp-up time, win rates, quota achievement, and sales representative confidence.
• Identify and implement AI-driven coaching, content, and workflow tools.
• Introduce an updated onboarding program aimed at reducing the time to first deal.
• Maintain existing core playbooks and messaging with a clear governance structure for content.
• Enhance win rates and decrease the time required to close deals.
• Leverage the product roadmap and customer insights to boost product knowledge across all sales channels.
• Over 8 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or leadership, with at least 3 years in the SaaS industry.
• Proven experience in building and scaling enablement programs within a rapidly growing sales organization.
• Track record of successfully developing or enhancing a high-performance sales culture.
• Strong executive presence and experience collaborating with C-suite and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and results.
• Familiarity with contemporary sales methodologies, including MEDDIC, Command of the Message, Sandler, and Challenger.
• Experience in designing and delivering sales training programs, encompassing onboarding, methodologies, and skills-based training.
• Practical facilitation experience.
• Hands-on experience with sales enablement and revenue technology platforms such as Gong, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Should not require academic or employment visa sponsorship.
